The thing is, I have no idea what I'm going to do.
Gee, maybe I should have gone with the fan reference.
I'm taking this class in personal training certification because I believe so much in the value and benefits of regular exercise, in both physical and emotional well-being.
I just haven't figured out how to approach it in the real world yet...
