My Fitness Tip


My number one fitness tip for anybody, whether they are starting out or looking to improve or a little of both or all of the above:


Do yourself a favor.

Be kind to yourself. 

Don't judge yourself harshly.


If you judge yourself harshly, chances are 
you will judge others harshly. 

Let it start with you.
